Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 up for pre-order at Amazon.co.uk, ships August 11th

Samsung Galaxy 8.9 tab has started taking pre-orders on Amazon’s UK site for £605.34 and it will be landing complete with 3G HSPA wireless networking on August 11.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 sports a compact 8.9-inch screen and is powered by a 1GHz Tegra 2 processor. The device runs over Android Honeycomb operating system. So, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 isn’t a lot of difference of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, except of the display size. You get Android 3.1 Honeycomb as the operating system, a front and back camera, an Nvidia Tegra 2 dual core processor and Bluetooth 3.0.
