HP ProBook 5220m Intel Calpella powered laptop announced in Japan

HP Japan is introducing a new 12.1-inch laptop to add to the ProBook lineup. The HP ProBook 5220m features a 12.1-inch 1280 x 800 display and sporting the new Intel Calpella processors.

The HP ProBook 5220m comes with a choice of an Intel Celeron U3400, Intel Core i3-350UM, or Intel Core i5-450UM processor. It also supports up to 4GB DDR3 of RAM and up to 500GB HDD 7200RPM or 80GB SSD. It ships with Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7.

Other specs include 2x USB 2.0, eSATA/USB2.0 combo port, HDMI output, mini D-Sub15 pin, card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, audio input and output and a choice of a 4 or 6 cell battery.

The HP ProBook 5220m laptop is available in japan and price starts at 69,930 yen or $764 for the base configuration.
