HP Expands on Envy Laptop Line with Envy 14 and Envy 17

HP is expanding the Envy laptop line with two new models are the Envy 14 and Envy 17. Both are carry all of the same luxurious featues of the Envy 15 and covered in aluminum metals on the cover and palm rest area.

The Envy 14 will have Intel Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7 processors, up to 8GB of RAM, 14.5-inch 16:9 display with 1,600×900 resolution, and the system supports switchable graphics (no graphics switching with the quad-core configuration), pairing integrated Intel graphics with an ATI Mobility Radeon 5650.

The Envy 17 also get Intel Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7 processors, up to 8GB of RAM, 17.3-inch-inch 16:9 display with 1,920×1,080 resolution, Blu-ray option, and the system supports switchable graphics (no graphics switching with the quad-core configuration), pairing integrated Intel graphics with an ATI Mobility Radeon 5650.

The 14-inch starts at $999 will available on June 27, and the 17-inch model starts at $1,399 will available on May 19.
