Dell Inspiron M301z first laptop on AMD’s new dual-core Neo

After AMD launched of its Nile platforms in last week, Dell has added a new laptop to its Inspiron range with the Inspiron M301z. Its designed to be an ultra portable laptop and it measures less than one inch thick and weighs in at under 1KG. The Inspiron M301z is only listed on Dell Singapore and currently has prices starting at $999.

The Dell Inspiron M301z come with a choice of AMD 1.7GHz Single Core processor or AMD Athlon II Dual core processors, either a 1.3GHz or a 1.5GHz. Other specifications include up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, up to 640GB of hard-disk storag, a 13.3 inch display provides a 1,366×768 resolution, integrated ATI mobility Radeon HD 4225 graphics, 802.11 b/g WiFi, and Microsoft Windows 7.
