Asus unveils N53JN and N73JN with Blu-ray and SonicMaster sound in UK

Asus has teamed up with Bang & Olufsen ICEpower to produce two new N-series laptops with SonicMaster standard, the Asus N53JN and N73JN. Asus claimed that the new N-series laptops are the world’s first laptops to address the problem of sub-standard audio on portable PCs.

The 15.6-inch N53JN and 17.3-inch N73JN come with Intel Core i5 processors and NVIDIA GeForce chipset along with the Optimus technology. There are also attractive feature with Blu-ray drive allows for excellent DirectX 11 playback and run silky smooth HD video and SuperSpeed USB 3.0.

The Asus N53JN has a 15.6-inch (1366 x 768) display, Intel Core i5-520M or Core i3-370M processors, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 320GB or 500GB hard drive, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, webcam, Windows 7 Home Premium and 6-cell battery.

The Asus N73LN has a 17.3-inch (1600×900) display, Intel Core i5-520M, 4GB DDR3 RAM, dual 320GB hard drive, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, webcam, Windows 7 Home Premium and 6-cell battery.

The Asus N53 will be available UK this November with prices starting at £649.99 SRP inc VAT. The Asus N73JN has prices tag from £1,099 SRP inc VAT but still no word on out.
