Asus Eee Pad Transformer to get Honeycomb 3.2 update

The Asus Eee Pad Transformer is now ready to run the latest Android 3.2 OS. The company announced via twitter yesterday that it would start pushing out Android 3.2 for the Eee Pad Transformer today, unfortunately without saying anything about what territories will get it first.

However, If your are in Germany, Asus Germany has posted a note on Facebook suggesting that it would start pushing the update software to existing tablet owners in that country wirelessly on August 2nd.

The update will naturally come over-the-air (OTA), your tablet will notify you about it and you can then download and install it.

The Asus Eee Pad Transformer has a 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor and a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 pixel display and runs Google Android 3.1 Honeycomb.
